WHEN TO TRIM
Wick should be trimmed if the flame is Too Tall, Too short or having Trouble staying lit. Allow wick to cool before trimming. To trim, Pinch wick inwards toward center. Curled pieces will break as necessary. Or cut wick to with trimmers.
I love love this candle but every time I try to buy it y'all are out of stock. Bummer
Customer service was GREAT! I had an issue with my order (totally MY fault!) and they were very accommodating and able to change one of the items - I was buying Christmas gifts. I did, however, smell the candles and they smell AMAZING! I'll try to get a review from the gift recipients to pass along.
